Massage Bonaire is growing, and so are we. That’s why Carolina and Marjolijn are looking for a dedicated and skilled massage therapist to join our small but busy team. Someone who understands that true relaxation comes from attention, presence, and a treatment tailored to the individual – every single time.
What makes Massage Bonaire special?
We offer massages with intention. No set routines, no rushing. We take our time, listen carefully, and treat everyone with warmth and genuine care. Because of this personal approach, many of our clients return regularly.
We’re also often asked to work on location, and since our schedules are getting fuller, we’re looking for a reliable colleague to share the load – and the joy.
Who are we looking for?
A freelance massage therapist who:
– is available at least one fixed shift per week
– is self-employed but wants to be part of a team
– is empathetic and communicates with ease
– is open to sharing, learning, and training together
– has a real interest in people and their wellbeing
– is also open to working on location
– and last but not least: enjoys being part of a warm, collaborative team

If this sounds like you, but you don’t have hands-on experience yet: don’t worry. A training program can be part of the journey.
Languages
Speaking English fluently is essential. Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu are definitely a plus, but not required.
