Treatment by appointment

We work with several colleagues by appointment. Just walking in is not possible with us. However, you can always send us a message via WhatsApp. Calling is a possibility but as you understand we can not answer when we are in the middle of our treatment 😉.

Reservation maximum 30 minutes

Of course, you can specify which employee you prefer and when you would like your appointment. Digital planning does not take into account the need to air the room in between appointments. It is therefore possible that we contact you to reschedule your appointment by 15 or 30 minutes.

Thinking along in solutions

Would you like to book a treatment but there is no suitable time free for you in the online system? Consultation is always possible, preferably via WhatsApp, you can send us a message. We like to think along with you in solutions.

Cancellation

We take the booked appointment and time seriously and we expect you to do the same. However, if there is something that makes you have to cancel the appointment we would like to hear from you via +599 777 0092 (call or WhatsApp).

A cancellation via email is not possible for us to see when we are at work and therefore cannot be processed. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment.

For appointments that are not cancelled or cancelled too late we will charge you part of the costs.
