In a small group, we will first dive into the theory, where you will learn all about the causes and structure of cellulite. After theory, we move directly into practice. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will practice on models with in-depth techniques such as lymphatic drainage, connective tissue massage and innovative cupping therapy. On day two, we expand this to include maderotherapy (wood therapy) and cryotherapy, which you can use to enrich your treatments. You’ll learn how to use the tools safely and effectively and get tips on how to offer a complete cellulite treatment.
