Autumn Light is the ritual of the metal element. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, metal belongs to the lungs and the large intestine: taking in what you need and releasing what you no longer need. On Bonaire we don’t have an autumn, but that question is just as real here.
For ninety minutes you breathe in clarity, feel warmth on your chest and arms, and receive a complete Puurr facial chosen for your skin. You take the Autumn Light Box home with you, so the ritual continues for days.

What happens during Autumn Light?
We start with your feet, cleansed with warm compresses, and a warm compress on your décolleté and on your neck and shoulders. Then I hold a warm herbal stamp scented with lemon, cinnamon and eucalyptus under your nose, and you breathe in deeply three times. You notice your breathing slow down.
Next comes an introductory massage with warm herbal stamps and rock crystal massage stones, from your décolleté over your shoulders and along your arms. Then your Puurr facial: cleansing, Intense Repair Complex Serum, a facial massage focused on the temples, forehead and bridge of the nose, and a mask chosen for your skin.
While the mask works, I massage along the lung and large intestine meridians on your arms and hands, or you listen to a short guided visualisation. You choose. We finish with warm compresses, hyaluron and the right day or night cream.
The Autumn Light Box
You take a home ritual with you: a mini kit for cleansing and care, a room fragrance and a body oil, plus a QR code for the Autumn Light meditation. That way the calm of the treatment lasts longer than one afternoon.

Contact us first if you have an active skin infection, a fresh sunburn, open wounds, a fever, or an allergy to lemon, cinnamon or eucalyptus. During pregnancy the scents and warmth are adjusted.
